Daily Rental Terms & Conditions

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must provide a valid government ID.
• All information submitted must be accurate.
• False information may result in cancellation without refund.

• Daily Rental Fee: $50
• Payment must be made in full to reserve your date.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Rental hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM on your rental date.
• All belongings must be removed before 10:00 PM.
• Staying past rental time will incur an additional daily charge.

• You may reschedule if you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
• If notice is not given, payment is forfeited.

• Rental is for licensed salon services only: hair, lashes, makeup, esthetics, barber services, and other legal beauty services.
• You are responsible for following Michigan state laws, sanitation rules, and operating within your license scope.

• Smoking or vaping
• Illegal activity
• Loud music or excessive noise
• Bringing unapproved extra guests
• Installing shelves, nails, hooks, wallpaper, etc.
• Painting or altering the suite
• Sharing door codes
• Leaving children unattended

You must leave the suite as you found it. Before leaving:

• Remove all trash
• Wipe down station
• Clean mirrors
• Sweep hair
• Remove personal items
• Turn off lights
• Lock the door

Fees if not followed:

• Standard Cleaning Fee: $75
• Deep Cleaning Fee: $150+
• Damage Fee: Cost of repair or replacement
• Policy Violation Fee: $100 minimum

We may charge the card on file or invoice you. Failure to pay may result in denied future access.

• Door codes are provided after payment.
• Do not share your code.
• You are responsible for anyone entering using your code.

• The suite is rented "as-is."
• Suite Haus is not responsible for injuries, lost or stolen items, client disputes, or business losses.
• You agree to hold the company harmless for claims resulting from your use of the space.

• Access may be denied or rental ended immediately if rules are violated.
• No refund will be given in those cases.

• This agreement follows the laws of the State of Michigan.
• Any disputes must be handled in Oakland County, Michigan.
